iFACTS supports both incident management and nonconformity management within the same platform, which provides a unified and traceable process regardless of the type of event. This can include everything from IT incidents, security breaches, vulnerabilities, accidents, and personal injuries – to quality nonconformities, lack of routines, process errors, or non-compliance with laws and standards. Reporting can be done via E-service for users who do not have a login to the system.

- Assigning responsible parties, setting due date for the nonconformity
- Automatic linking to relevant goals, processes, and risks
- Planning and allocation of corrective and preventive actions
- Follow-up on the effect and status of actions
- Documentation for audits and certification

Visualization, reporting, and analysis
Both incidents and nonconformities can be analyzed and visualized via iFACTS' report and dashboard tools. This provides trends, statistics, and key performance indicators as a basis for management decisions and strategic development.
