Digitalized Process for Claims Management
iFACTS offers system support for the entire claims management process. Online claims reporting and a "My Page" functionality provide claimants with all the modern tools needed to follow up on the claims process.
With an intuitive configuration, the different needs of users within the insurance field can be managed.
Access to functions and information is controlled via a permissions system that allows both internal and external users to be granted access to the system.
All Claims Management in One System
The claims module handles all your claims. Different claim types can be configured and forms designed to support the reporting of claims directly in the system.
Basic claims information can be supplemented with uploaded documents and images. The settlement process includes entering deductibles, reserves, and payments. Statistics for claim costs, handling time, and status tracking are presented in reports or dashboards.
There is also support for registering claim events with many claimants, recovery of deductibles, and subrogation.
To avoid manual handling of data between systems, integration solutions with several leading financial systems are available.
Advanced reports provide a quick and clear picture of how claim costs are distributed among different parties: the policyholder, the insurance company, and the reinsurer. There is extended support for Solvency II reporting and reporting to reinsurers, among others.
Via the invoicing module, cash calls and invoices for deductible recovery are easily generated.
