ESEM chooses iFACTS

"The ability to create reports, time-controlled self-assessment surveys and great flexibility in use is a prerequisite for being able to manage risks in such a varied business as ours. It is truly impossible to only manage risks and security measures with standard office programs. It feels safe with an experienced company and dedicated staff like at iFACTS, to introduce a customized solution that improves the system and control" says Göran Smedbäck, Cybersecurity Specialist at ESEM

Background

ESEM began its transformation to strengthen the systematization of its risk work. They realized that a GRC software would improve efficiency in digitalizing the organizations processes. They realized that the intended software needed to be flexible, but also at the same time user-friendly. When the requirements were compiled, ESEM went out in a public tender and iFACTS was chosen based as best in class for both price and quality.

iFACTS solution

ESEM chose iFACTS as the most suitable software provider because iFACTS, with its long experience and expertise, offers a powerful and comprehensive software for more control over both digital and physical assets. iFACTS software makes it easy to consolidate the requirements within the organisations risk framework. iFACTS software provides a level of flexibility which enables customer-specific solution which can be adapted to the customer's information model.

In this case, the customer has the technical expertise to be the driving force in an implementation project, with some support from iFACTS. This is also appreciated by other customers who have chosen that path.
