Goal to move towards a fully digitalized process.
For a long time, Läkemedelsförsäkringen has worked with fully digitalized case management. This process covers everything from claim registration and document scanning to appeals and archiving. The solution is based on iFACTS INSMAN. It ensures an efficient and traceable process that meets high demands for user-friendliness, reliability, and information security.
All cases are handled digitally within the system, without any physical files. Claims handlers work with personal inboxes and a structured document management module. This provides a clear overview, organization, and traceability, even in extensive cases. Users make compensation calculations directly in the built-in tool. They can then seamlessly send cases for review to the appeals board directly from the system.
Using INSMAN's portal module, you can invite external parties to access information easily and securely. The injured party registers their case via a web-based form. They then get access to a "My Page" portal where they can follow the case status and supplement information as needed.
Results and Benefits:
- The system gathers all case information in one single place.
- Secure handling of personal data with full traceability.
- Reduces manual handling and eliminates the need to send or scan physical documents.
- Built-in validation strengthens the quality of the processes.
- Enables efficient remote work thanks to web-based access.
- Flexible solution for further development, e.g., integrations with external systems.
