Web application operating in Sweden
iFACTS software is a web application built on technology from Microsoft, ASP.NET Core, with SQL server. The software is available in Swedish and English by default, and can be adapted for additional languages upon request.
iFACTS offers hosting through Swedish partners, delivered as a SaaS solution. All data is stored in Sweden. Alternatively, the software can be installed in your own IT environment as an on-premises solution.

Secure access is at the core of the platform:
- Support for strong authentication, including two-factor login via BankID, Freja eID, and SITHS, and more.
- Role- and permission-based access control at the organization, module, and document level.
- Dedicated instances per customer – no data is ever shared between tenants.
- Flexible control of viewing and editing rights down to the field and entity level.
Reliable infrastructure and operations:
- iFACTS can be delivered on-premises in the customer’s own data center or as a SaaS solution in iFACTS’ secure hosting environment located in Swedish data centers. Regardless of the model, high data security, availability, and compliance are ensured.
- Daily and weekly encrypted backups are stored for a minimum of 365 days.
- Regular recovery tests are performed to ensure data integrity.
- Backup and storage policies can be customized based on customer needs.
Proactive security monitoring:
- Regular security and penetration testing using industry-leading tools.
- Additional testing is conducted during major system changes or when threat landscapes evolve.
- All data communication is encrypted (TLS 1.2 or higher), and data at rest is secured with strong encryption (AES-256).
